Customer was an Indian SME specialized in providing customized material handling solutions. Our objective was to bring renewed strategy, streamline business process to execute the strategy for results.


Over 3 years, we helped company transform from a ailing 2nd generation SME to profitable and supplier of first choice to its customers

Intial scoping was done as 4 days a month engagment. With senior consultants engaging the management team. Each meeting would be with a defined goal and watch progress.

Our consultant was invited to be on the board of the company. It was part of our commitment for results and also to take ownership.

PROJECT ENGAGEMENT


Customer was a USD 6 billion+ Industrial multi-national giant working across spectrum of products in Industrial and Mobile Machinery.


Our engagement started with a small outsouring project in 'Functional Safety - Software Verification and Validation' for TÜV certification. At the end of engagement over 7 years, we had built an ODC in India for this European customer. Eventually transferring the ODC setup to client.

Our core expertise that started engagment was the expertise in Functional Safety.


Over the years, we established several independent projects teams working in Agile Method.

Highly evolved tools environment, team distributed across globle and demanding subject matter expertise to defined software requirements. Ultimately, executing projects in highly motivated team.

PRODUCT ENGAGEMENT


Customer was a small start up in India. Had built a small product in Medical domain. When they approached us, it was almost on the verge of closure.


Engagement started with classic market research (in field and secondary) to establish the product demand. Over the years, mentored, invested and became angle partners into the business.

Classic startup. Highly motivated founder. Complete personal commitment. But without complementary team. Self invested & was almost about to burst.
